Workwear & uniform ERP

ERP built for workwear. Run the program, not the paperwork.

Workwear isn’t fashion with hi-vis colours - it’s a program business: continuity styles, unbreakable size curves, account pricing and repeat orders. Sync runs it all on one apparel-native platform - PLM, replenishment, B2B, EDI and warehouse included.

The category, honestly

Workwear is a program business, not a fashion business

Fashion apparel lives on seasons: buy the range, sell it through, exit, repeat. Workwear and uniforms live on continuity: the same core styles supplied to the same accounts for years, where the operational skill is never running out - in any size. That flips the software requirements. Sell-through planning matters less; ratio-aware replenishment matters enormously, because a uniform program that’s out of stock in mid sizes has put someone’s workforce in the wrong clothes.

The size problem is harder than fashion’s, not easier: extended sizes, talls and workforce-specific ratios widen the matrix, and the curve must hold across every program style permanently. Selling is account-based - contract pricing, approved product lists, repeat orders - which is B2B portal territory, not seasonal line-sheet territory. Decoration adds a manufacturing step fashion rarely has: embroidery, badging and printing with their own costs, lead times and outwork suppliers.

Generic ERP handles none of this natively, and fashion-first tools handle only half. Workwear needs apparel’s data model - styles, colourways, size matrices - plus program logic on top. That’s the combination Sync was built around.

One platform, end to end

Every stage of the workwear business, one platform

From the first tech pack to the final invoice, Sync runs the operation on one connected apparel ERP - no swivel-chairing between disconnected systems.

Design & PLM

Styles, tech packs, bills of materials and seasonal ranges, version-controlled from concept to costing.

Sourcing & production

Purchase orders, factories, WIP and landed cost tracked against every style and color.

Inventory & WMS

Real-time stock by style, color and size across warehouses and 3PLs, with allocation and pre-season availability.

FAQ

Workwear ERP, answered.

What is workwear ERP software?

A business system built for workwear, uniform and safetywear companies - extended size curves, continuity styles on replenishment rules, account-based B2B with contract pricing, decoration workflows, and warehouse operations built for repeat program orders. Sync provides this on an apparel-native platform.

How is workwear different from fashion apparel?

Continuity dominates over seasons - core styles replenished for years. Size curves run wider (extended sizes, talls) and must never break. And selling is account-based: contract pricing, approved product lists and repeat program orders rather than one-off seasonal buys.

How do you manage uniform inventory well?

At size level, always: programs stock out by size long before style. Ratio-aware replenishment restores the full curve, generous safety stock protects core sizes, and available-to-sell plus future availability keep account commitments honest against real supply.

How do uniform vendors save admin time?

By removing re-keying: a B2B portal where accounts order against their own pricing and approved lists, system-generated replenishment proposals, EDI for larger customers, and scan-based warehouse confirmation. Order entry and stock reconciliation are where the admin hours were hiding.

Does Sync handle decoration and embellishment?

Decoration steps - embroidery, printing, badging - run through Sync’s purchasing and BOM structures, so decorated variants carry their own costs and lead times, and outwork to decorators is tracked in the supply flow. Bring your specific decoration workflow to a demo - it varies more between workwear businesses than any other process.

Who is Sync for in the workwear space?

Workwear, uniform and safetywear brands and suppliers, typically $2M-$200M, selling to businesses, distributors and retail. Apparel-adjacent program businesses like culinary workwear brand Hedley & Bennett run on Sync.
