iSync Solutions builds Sync for working teams: reps on the road, warehouse staff on handhelds, finance closing a month. Accessibility is part of building software and websites that real people use, and this page describes the standard isyncsolutions.com is built to and how we keep it there.
isyncsolutions.com is built to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, the standard courts and regulators most commonly reference for website accessibility under the Americans with Disabilities Act. Conformance is implemented in the site’s code itself, not through a third-party overlay widget.
Every page of the site is verified with automated accessibility testing (including the axe-core WCAG 2.1 A and AA rule set) before and after publication. The site supports full keyboard navigation, including the navigation menus; uses a color palette verified for WCAG AA contrast; reflows to small screens without horizontal scrolling; never blocks browser zoom; identifies its language for assistive technology; provides text alternatives for meaningful images; and honors your operating system’s reduced-motion preference by disabling animation.
Accessibility is a process, not a checkbox. New pages go through the same automated verification before they are published, and we re-test the full site when we make site-wide design changes. Automated testing does not catch every barrier, so we also review new content and components by hand.
The site is designed to work with current versions of major browsers on desktop and mobile, and with common assistive technologies including screen readers and screen magnification.
If you encounter an accessibility barrier anywhere on this site, we want to know about it and we will fix it. Email us at info@isyncsolutions.com or reach out through our contact page, include the page address and a short description of the problem, and we will respond promptly.
