iSync Solutions was founded in 2005 to build one thing: Sync, an ERP and PLM platform designed exclusively for apparel and footwear. Two decades later that is still all we do – now for 300+ brands, with a US-headquartered team of 50+ people.
Sync did not start as a software product looking for a market. Founder Peter Booysen came out of apparel operations and finance, and built Sync to run the businesses he was working in – styles, sizes, colors, seasons, wholesale and production, handled the way apparel actually works.
From its first customer in 2005, the company has grown to more than 300 brands, importers and manufacturers across North America, Africa, Europe and Australasia, headquartered in Southern California with a branch team in South Africa.
The model has never changed: stay close to customers, and let the product be shaped by the people who use it every day. Most of what is in Sync today – from PLM and native EDI to the B2B showroom – exists because a customer needed it, we built it together, and every other brand on the platform got it too.
50+ people, one product, and customers who talk to the people who actually build it.
We do not serve other industries. Every feature, report and workflow in Sync exists for fashion and footwear businesses – nothing is a generic module adapted to fit.
Implementations, support and development sit close together. When a customer raises something, it reaches the people who can change the product – not a ticket queue three companies away.
We partner with our customers to build the best ecosystem for their company – ERP, PLM, B2B, EDI and 150+ integrations working as one platform rather than a stack of point tools.
Led by the founder since day one, with leadership across operations, engineering and customer teams.

No generic slides. Bring a real product range and we’ll show Sync running your styles, your channels – design to delivery.
