Sell wholesale on NuOrder, run the business on Sync. Sync’s integration is deep, two-way and apparel-native: styles, price tiers and forward-dated availability flow up automatically; orders flow back down as complete, pick-ready sales orders; shipments and status flow back up. Zero re-keying.
Most ERP-to-B2B connectors are field mappers: they move data between any two systems and understand neither. Sync’s NuOrder integration is built on apparel’s actual objects - styles, colorways, size runs, seasons, price tiers - because both ends of the pipe define the world the same way. That difference shows up in the details that decide whether wholesale runs smoothly.
Availability is a curve, not a number. Sync publishes forward-dated available-to-sell: what’s free now, plus what becomes available on each future date as purchase orders land. Buyers place forward orders against stock still on the water - and stop emailing “when can you get me more?”, because the answer is already on their screen.
Overselling is structurally impossible. For each date, the published quantity is the lowest balance across that date and every later date - a unit is only offered if it survives every commitment that follows it. A naive stock feed happily sells inventory that a larger order later in the season has already consumed; this one can’t. No mid-season short-shipping, no credits, no stockist relationships to rebuild.
And re-cuts sell as one product. Repeat production runs of the same style are pooled into a single availability figure, so buyers see one consolidated quantity instead of the same product fragmented across listings - more inventory reads as sellable, and the catalog stays clean.
Each flow runs automatically and sends only what changed. In production since 2019, extended continuously since.
NuOrder, owned by Lightspeed since 2021, is the platform the big North American department stores standardized on: its published exclusive retail partnerships include Nordstrom, Saks Fifth Avenue, Bloomingdale's, Macy's, The Bay and David Jones, with 4,000+ brands and 500,000+ buyers on the network as of 2026. If a department-store buyer plans assortments through NuOrder, your line needs to be there, presented cleanly, priced per account, and backed by availability the buyer can trust.
NuOrder's other distinctive edge is the Lightspeed connection: orders can flow into a retailer's Lightspeed point of sale with product data and imagery attached, which is why it reaches deep into specialty retail across fashion, outdoor and sportswear, a natural fit for the surf, swim and active brands Sync serves.
Sync's NuOrder integration has been in production since 2019, running live wholesale for Sync brands season after season. It is among the most battle-tested of Sync's B2B platform connections: forward-dated availability with the no-oversell floor going up, complete pick-ready sales orders coming down, shipments and tracking flowing back. The department-store relationship stays in NuOrder; the order book, inventory, EDI and fulfillment stay in Sync.
Selling into Nordstrom, Macy’s or Saks means EDI compliance. Sync includes full native EDI - so there is no SPS Commerce subscription and no per-document metering stacked on top of your ERP.
Sync tracks every unit by style, color and size across locations - with allocation, pre-season availability and reorder flags that generic SKU systems can’t express.

We selected Sync based on their highly efficient, finely tuned system that is apparel industry specific. Sync has provided the platform we required to grow our brands in the global arena.
We are in a 1000% better place now than we were with the old system. Sync has given us access to more data visibility and reporting than ever before.
Sync revolutionized our operations. Transitioning from a manual system was a game-changer… the team at Sync values our brand and treats us like a true partner.
Deeply, and in both directions: retailers, products, per-tier price lists and forward-dated ATS flow up; orders flow down as complete sales orders; shipments, tracking and shipped status flow back up. Apparel-native - built on styles, colorways, size runs and seasons, not generic field mapping.
As a forward curve, not a single number: what’s available now plus what becomes available on each future date as POs arrive. Buyers place forward orders against deliveries still in transit - and the number on their screen is the number Sync would give.
Structurally: for each date, the published quantity is the lowest balance across that date and every later date, so a unit is only offered if it survives every later commitment. The same unit cannot be sold twice - no mid-season short-shipping, no credits.
It lands in Sync as a complete sales order - customer, ship-to, rep, currency, terms, delivery method and warehouse resolved against Sync master data. Anything unmatched stays staged with a named diagnostic rather than failing silently. Zero re-keying.
Yes. Sync publishes one price list per currency and discount tier, so a department-store buyer and a specialty boutique each see their own pricing, and orders from either convert into Sync sales orders with customer, currency, terms and warehouse resolved. Department-store prebooks draw on forward-dated availability; specialty at-once orders draw on current stock, from the same no-oversell position. Note that EDI with the department store itself, the 850s, 856s and 810s once goods ship, runs natively in Sync alongside the NuOrder connection.
Sync maintains apparel-native integrations with NuOrder, Joor and Brandboom, plus RepSpark, Brandscope and MarketTime - alongside Sync’s own built-in B2B portal. Every channel draws from one Sync inventory.
In production since 2019. Seven years live as of 2026, alongside Joor as Sync's longest-running B2B marketplace integrations, running across multiple brands and every season since, which means the edge cases of real wholesale, re-cuts, size-curve changes mid-season, split shipments, currency and terms variations, have been encountered and engineered for in production rather than discovered on your account.
That side is NuOrder's: the Lightspeed network can carry confirmed orders, product data and imagery into a retailer's point of sale. Sync's job is to make what NuOrder carries accurate, correct styles, correct account pricing, availability with the no-oversell floor applied, and to turn the resulting orders into pick-ready Sync sales orders. You get the reach of the Lightspeed retail network with an ERP guaranteeing the numbers behind it.
No generic slides. Bring a real product range and we’ll show Sync running your styles, your size matrix, your channels - design to delivery.
