Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how iSync Solutions, Inc., together with its affiliated entities iSync Solutions Pty Ltd and iSync Solutions Cape Pty Ltd (collectively “iSync Solutions”, “we”, “us”), collects, uses and shares information when you visit isyncsolutions.com (the “Site”), book a demo, or contact us. It applies to the Site only. Use of the Sync platform by our customers is governed by the applicable customer agreement, not this policy.

Information we collect

Information you provide

• Demo bookings and contact. When you book a demo through Calendly or contact us, we receive the information you submit – typically your name, email address, company, phone number and anything you include in the message or booking form.
• Support sessions. If you start a remote support session, we receive the information needed to run that session.

Information collected automatically

• Analytics and cookies. We use Google Tag Manager and related Google analytics services, which collect information such as your IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, referring pages, and interactions with the Site (including when a demo is booked), using cookies and similar technologies.
• Log data. Our hosting infrastructure records standard server logs, including IP address, request time and pages requested.
• Third-party resources. The Site loads fonts and icon libraries from third-party content delivery networks (Google Fonts, jsDelivr), which receive your IP address in order to serve those files.

How we use information

• To respond to enquiries, schedule and run product demonstrations, and follow up about our products and services;
• To operate, secure, analyse and improve the Site;
• To measure the effectiveness of our content and campaigns;
• To comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising networks.

How we share information

• Service providers. We share information with vendors who process it on our behalf, including Calendly (scheduling), Google (tag management and analytics), our email and CRM providers, and our hosting providers. Each processes information under its own contractual and privacy commitments.
• Legal. We may disclose information where required by law, or to protect our rights, safety or property.
• Business transfers. If we are involved in a merger, acquisition or asset sale, information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

Cookies and your choices

The Site uses cookies and similar technologies, deployed through Google Tag Manager. Specifically: Google Analytics 4 for site analytics; Google Ads conversion and remarketing tags to measure and improve our advertising; the LinkedIn Insight Tag for conversion measurement and advertising on LinkedIn; and Calendly, which sets cookies when you book a demo through its scheduling widget.

You can control cookies through your browser settings, including blocking or deleting them; parts of the Site may not function fully without them. You can opt out of Google Analytics using Google’s browser add-on and manage Google’s use of advertising data at Google’s Ads Settings. You can manage LinkedIn advertising preferences in your LinkedIn settings. You can also opt out of interest-based advertising from participating companies through the Digital Advertising Alliance at optout.aboutads.info.

Data retention

We keep personal information for as long as needed for the purposes above – for example, for the duration of a sales conversation and a reasonable period afterwards – and as required for legal, accounting or reporting obligations, after which it is deleted or anonymised.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. California residents have rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to know, delete and correct, and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising those rights. Residents of the EEA, UK and other jurisdictions may have equivalent rights under local law. International transfers

We are headquartered in the United States. Information may be processed by the iSync Solutions entities named in this policy in the countries where they operate, and by service providers in other jurisdictions, which may have different data protection laws than your own. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for such transfers.

Children

The Site is a business-to-business website and is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date above shows when it was last revised; material changes will be posted on this page.
